@northernassist Still NOT ok. A decision was made without letting passengers know, without giving us the opportunity to get out in Horwich. No one came to speak to us, it’s an absolute joke. Me having to get all the way to Preston and waste time is NOT ok without being aware of what was going on
@northernassist I am on the 16:22 Bolton to Blackrod train right now. When the train arrived to horwich and people got out, they locked the doors and when they started moving again they said no stops till Preston. No warning nothing there’s lots of us that needed to go +
@mcsmik@Ryanair I’ve had the same problem with the same agent for a flight to Manchester. 8 hour wait and not an apology just ‘it’s not our fault’ but they won’t compensate
@northernassist why is the 7:35 train from Bolton to Bromley cross cancelled (again) for tomorrow? Last week it was cancelled every single day and it looks like it’s going to be the same this week
@northernassist this week 5/5 days you have cancelled the 7:35 train from Bolton to Bromley Cross. It is becoming a joke having to pay for a weekly card because I NEED to get that train to get to work and you not giving me a refund because the next one is running
@northernassist Yeah I ended up missing my second train and getting an Uber. Paying every week for a weekly pass for then having to spend money in taxis / buses and getting £2 refund from you. Pathetic
