@DaikinIndia they asked me to create a new request and closed the older request. Id - 50802270. Its the worst customer service request I’ve ever experienced. LG is way way ahead. The only reason to buy Daikin was it makes superior ACs. But it’s not worth given the service quality

@DaikinIndia I raised a request for AC not cooling. The technician came, He said gas is leaking (I don’t know if they do fraud with this). Then this guy couldn’t fix the cooling request and was saying I’ll close this one and you raise another one. I haven’t closed the request yet

They charged me 3.9k (3k for gas and 900 for service) but still the compressor and fan is not starting. It was really an experience where I’m feeling being cheated for 3.9k with no resolution to anything. Really pathetic customer service. Request id - 50604870, pls help address

@DaikinIndia my issue is still not resolved. They sent another technician who confirmed that the compressor and fan both are not working, it’s a PCB issue and not a gas issue. This technician came on 12th April. It’s been 10 days after that and the issue hasn’t been resolved.

@philipsindia There is still no action. No one picks up the call. Even if they pick, they tell they are working on it everytime. It’s been more than 15 days and they are still working on it.

Had such a bad experience with @philipsindia @PhilipsHomeIN vacuum cleaner. I raised a complaint for servicing more than 2 weeks now, but they do nothing. Just the same template email and everytime I call they give vague excuses but I haven’t received any help yet.

The mAadhaar and the uidai website are just useless. Can’t even properly update an address online, or check the status. They don’t reply on mails, twitter messages, on the phone call they always have technical issues. Whythey exist if they serve no purpose. @UIDAI @UIDAIBengaluru
