Even after almost 6 months, daily commuters are suffering from Khudiram station end. Today also timing is getting delayed, standing in every station for more than stipulated time. Shameful. @metrorailwaykol

Huge que is experienced at Howrah metro station everyday during rush hours due to insufficient bag scanner machines. Commuters are forced to miss 2/3 metros while in que. Please increase the number of bag scanners or use hand scanners.

This Ola car driver abused and threatened us to cancel the ride when we got into his car refusing to go to the destination.He abused and hurled filthy language to a woman and eventually cancelled the ride at 9:30 pm. Please take strong necessary action

37849 HWH BWN Main timing is 7 pm at Howrah station while max days it enters to platform around 7:10 pm causing a stampede like situation in peak office hour. Does the railway authority want this suffering of commuters on daily basis?
