You would be incorrect on several points here.
The major shifts within the car, namely the software changes related to harvesting schemes and then ultimately the brake by wire fit for those changes, have Leclerc fits. Ultimately, Brembo failed as a supplier and Charles was left with little choice but to change - the CI option became the only one that worked with the car.
As we’ve discussed before, the CI solution comes with some compromises on the thermal side that Ferrari must figure out, and very likely hinders Ferrari’s degradation challenges until they fully do. But they’re making it work, because they have to.
As for Leclerc’s struggles, part of them actually stemmed from the OPPOSITE of what you have insinuated. He struggled most when copying/applying Lewis’ setup to the car.
The two drivers want different things from the rotation behavior from their cars. It took a bit of time for Leclerc’s side of the garage to find a solution, and while we don’t have the exacting details of what they did, we have confirmation that they moved AWAY from Lewis’ direction with some aspects of the setup to aid Charles’ comfort with the car. The statement directly from them was obvious, “we are moving away from where Lewis went and towards my preference rather than trying to replicate him.”
Lewis’ response to this later came as no shock, and reads very much as a bit of gamesmanship and saving face. Bluntly put, given how it all played out and the timelines of these changes - I don’t believe what Lewis said.
This is most likely a subtle but vital adjustment to the diff settings along with the commensurate changes that would need to be made to the brake by wire and the harvesting scheme to accommodate any changes to the car’s rotation on corner entry. This would unlock Leclerc’s preferences for entry and theottle usage, and it seems to have worked quite well for him.
But no, Leclerc and Hamilton may likely share some base starting points for things like ride heights or kinematics, but they clearly aren’t “sharing” a setup. The couple times that was tried, it went poorly, and when he moved away from that he had a resurgence.

“You’ll always be the best
"Not only because of your talent, but because you never stopped being yourself.
"No matter what happens, you never give up. You always fight until the very end and give absolutely everything until the last second. That strength, that mentality, and your ability to get back up again and again are what make you unique.
"Thank you for showing us every day that true success is built through hard work, sacrifice, perseverance, and never losing your essence. You are the greatest role model for our children and an inspiration to millions of people.
"I admire you more than words can express, and I feel incredibly proud to walk through this life by your side.
"I love you so much. 🤍”

HISTORIC CLEAN SWEEP! 🧹
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MEN’S VNL HISTORY, 🇯🇵JAPAN FINISHES THE PRELIMINARY ROUND A PERFECT 12-0 AFTER SWEEPING 🇦🇷ARGENTINA!
WHAT. A. SEASON. 🎌 #VNL2026
seeing jackson young emotional after that loss made me think the vnl should abolish host privileges and hold the finals on neutral ground, just to make it fair for everyone.
anyway, see you in 2028, 🇨🇦canada! 😔
IT’S OFFICIAL‼️
For the first time since the tournament began in 2018, 🇨🇦Canada has officially been relegated from the VNL after losing to 🇨🇺Cuba in straight sets.
The result of their final match will have no bearing as they can finish with a maximum of 2 wins only while the other teams at the bottom already have at least 3 wins except for 🇨🇳China with just 1 win but are safe from relegation as the hosts of the Finals.

Sorry ha. I get why AVC is the priority since it’s the OQ. But why does one have to end in disappointment? 😅 Can’t we just hope Japan does well in both? I don’t really understand why we have to assume one has to fail when we can just stay positive in both competitions.
Rozumiem rosyjskich sportowców rywalizujących indywidualnie i bez flagi.
