@StarbucksCanada ordered a Matcha Latè at YYZ T3 before my flight. Grabbed my drink and got on the plane. Label says Matcha but its a Mocha. I dont drink coffee. Obviously cant exit the plane to fix it.
At a minimum, you owe me a complimentary beverage when I land.
@prioritypasscom Yeah, the last time I was actually able to get in, it was quiet for about 5 minutes. Then the staff squeezed a family of 4 into a 2-person table right next to me. The children were screaming & throwing food. It was a very enjoyable experience. Very thankful for my Priority Pass!

No one is better than @AirCanada at turning a 3 hour #YYZ --> #YYC flight into a 6+ hour flight. Your pilots told us we'd be out in 25 minutes. 2 hours later, we are still sitting on the ground while they do "paperwork".

All of the Canadian telcos are bad, but @TELUS is the worst of the bunch. Their sales reps promise things like wavied fees and free devices. Then you get charged and have to spend hours on the phone arguing to get what you were promised. Their support team is terrible. Stay away!

There is roadwork blocking the entrance to Long Branch stn during rush hour. Why wouldn't you schedule this work during non rush hour times?

@GOtransit how is someone from Long Branch supposed to get to Union this weekend? It's not practical to transit further west to Oakville/Sauga to catch a replacement bus.
