@LloydsBank Is it ever possible to speak to a human being at Lloyds. Customer service is atrocious. I hungnon a phone line for 20 minutes and then was cut off. Very depressing.
@afneil Strangely, satisfaction levels were at an historic high at the end of the Labour government. Average waiting times a third what they are now. In the G7, UK healthcare spending per person was the second-lowest, with the highest spenders France, Germany and the U.S.
@FAZUA_OFFICIAL If you're buying an e bike. Be careful of Fazua. My experience if customer service is, it is non existant. My battery, dead after not three years. No help whatsoever. Not reliable, not good value, not sustainable.

@StephenWadeAP Not such a good point. What we say is that where there is a need that fits in with the plans of a city or region, of course, building a new venue makes sense. We discourage unnecessary building.
@easyJet It will come as no surprise but customer service @easyJet is appalling. No way to speak to a human. Automated operator is a dead end maze. Well done @easyJet Utter contempt for passengers
