Do you know difference between Laylatul Qadr and the Day of Arafat?

On Laylatul Qadr: Everything comes DOWN.
The Qur’an descended.The angels descend.
The Qadr descend. Mercy pours from the heavens

But the Day of Arafah is completely different.
