1. We deployed new smart contract, that allows users to report #phishing, #malicious, or #scam URLs and receive a reward of 1 $XPR for each report (contract pay). (rewards will be increased)

2. It allows users to report other users for fraudulent behavior. Each user can report another user only once, and the contract keeps track of total reports for each user to discourage interactions with suspicious users.
