@housekeysmusic_ i think trusting your gut is best. for me it’s only a distraction in the way of scroll time/being unproductive etc.. but I don’t find it distracting in the way of feeling toxic. it’s the only way i can keep up with many friends from all over, and that helps me feel inspired 💙
