You have been grinding web3 for a long time but only getting $2 and $10.

This is where you are doing it wrong.

- You don't know have your own convictions.

Have you ever sat down on your own to do analysis on what you should focus?

For many people, they do not do this and only move with what the majority are doing.

You can't stand out if you keep doing everything like everyone. Normalize doing research.

- Another reason is being too invested on short term gains, and I call that financial myopia.

Just like everyone tells you, no one is here to give you free money, you need to show value for it.

When you chase short-term gains, do not complain when you get disappointed. Choose a hill and die on it. If it works out, well and good and if it fails, you learn from it.

In web3, effort is directly proportional to DUST or USDT, depending on which direction you choose.

-Understand trends and move with them.

Web3 is one field that experiences narrative changes every almost every 3 months.

Be early to adopt what's new. Sometimes this will get you rekt but mostly, you will win big. Try as much as you can to be among the pioneers.

- Belong somewhere.

You can't be everywhere at the same time, have a community. A good example, Mutua. eth identifies with the Ethereum ecoand is a good believer of DeFi on ETH.

It's a centralized space, yes, and we say do not centralize yourself, but also don't be that guy who is a master of multiple trades but with prowess in none.

If you choose an ecosystem like base, for instance, which is on ETH (of course, I have to remind you that) make sure you explore all the opportunities in that eco.

By this, look at the top trending narratives in CT and go back to your eco to see what they have. A good example; Right now, there is a wave of prediction markets, and we just chose base as a reference so while exploring base, you will find @trylimitless which is actually a top prediction market.

The reason why this is necessary is because it's easier to create content about something you understand, and you do it more often because it's fun.

- You are probably following influencers blindly.

Influencers are also trying to pay their bills and they won't disclose to you which shill is a paid promo.

This is why you need to have your own convictions. It will save you from buying in to influencer hype.

-Your circle of friends.

I know this is kinda hurting but while being honest, it's difficult to make big wins if your friends are bagging $1 and $10.

Most of the time, the people you talk to most will pull you in to what they do so if they chop dust, who are you to chop USDT?

Interact with winners and learn from them.

- You probably don't reply enough.

I know most of the guys seeing this are small accs and majority will read and skip it.

That's where it all starts. Most of these big influencers you see around, average 300+ replies a day. They are not farming engagements or ElonFi stimmies, but providing value.

Then now there is you who only does 20 replies and they are all on your friend's accs and most of them are probably shitposts.

The only way you get noticed is when you reply.

A good example with myself, if I have an opportunity that I would like to share, I will choose the guy who replies to my posts not the one who just follows me and stays silent.

Replies get you noticed.

- Another reason is knowing where your value is appreciated.

If you notice a project like @wallchain_xyz makes it easy for small accounts to get rewarded, stick with them and quack hard instead of forcing yourself in platforms that only reward influencers .

- Jumping from one LB to the other is also another challenge.

If you don't have a huge CT following, please stick to one or at most two projects. Don't be that guy who keeps jumping from one LB to the other and at the end of the days chops " ineligible "
