Actresses rarely do overstyled looks off red carpets or appearances because "celebrity" can affect the kind of roles and opportunities you get if you want to be a serious actress. There's a reason you don't see actresses doing highly fashionable street style looks in the same vein that singers and models do - Zendaya dresses like that every day because she has to dress like that. It's the actor uniform.
