You are not replying to DM. You have not complied with a subject access request for my metadata either.

@Trustpilot Hi @trustpilot. A review using my account has gave easyJet a 5 star review which says “good customer service” and I did not write this review. This review was written at the exact say time that love holidays were provided screenshot confirmation of an easyJet flight name change
