@BobHirise@pati_marins64 This assumes Iran views the cost/benefit analysis or the exchange ratio of deliberately shooting at US ships to deplete interceptor stocks as unfavorable. We do not know if this is the case, or if they are simply refraining to do so as to not escalate.
@BobHirise@pati_marins64 Iran wouln't need to shoot at US ships to keep the blocade in place. It only has to target the tankers outside the aegis umbrela. Not enough destroyers to protect them all.
@clashreport Would be interesting to know how the missile would be guided to target. It would probably need ARH for terminal guidance, combined with some sort of Inertial or Data Link provided by another AWACS.

@RichardEHagen1@saintjavelin Ukraine has been sending their Flamingos through the rivers so that they fly at their lowest possible altitude to avoid radar detection. They would not do so if Russian AD was positioned poorly.
