@PhotoBox_Help I have been trying to find out what has happened to my order. I was told it was sent on 23d December next day special delivery - still not here!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they cannot fulfil their orders and promises of delivery dates - you will always be let down - they have taken on too many orders for Christmas and cannot deliver - I was promised delivery by 20th then 24th - still not here !!!!!!

@Photobox I ordered a book which was supposed to be delivered on 20th December in time for Christmas - I have spoken to customer services twice and my book is still in printing!!!!! You shouldn't promise delivery dates when you can't fulfil them
