@Uber_Support ...and just to be clear, that reply was to confirm that your deliverers can absolutely trash the delivery and you still won't give a refund or even partially compensate. God knows why anyone would choose you for grocery deliveries.

[Martin Morris @marteno]

Hey @Uber_Support and @UberEats , do your grocery customers know that your policy is not to refund even when your drivers destroy the goods they're delivering? Delivering chocolates like this is apparently "not eligible" but your staff refuse to say why.

1/ Hold on to your controlled vocabulary #medlibs friends, it's time for a thread on annual changes to Medical Subject Headings #2023MeSH!
The files were released a couple of weeks ago, but now... now the MeSH database has been updated. But first, a few housekeeping things:

Here is a clip of Lizzo playing a 200-year-old flute in the library of congress. A beautiful performance from a well-trained musician. The outrage from certain people is just a symptom of their ideology.

(Every time you share this it makes a right-wing talking head cry.)

@McGillTLS It's disappointing that you chose a solution that doesn't integrate with PowerPoint on a Mac.
