A picture of our bins every week they don’t get collected by @LBofBromley in the hope that they might rectify the problem and I might get to speak to someone who can tell me the exact collection point and day.

I’m can’t report because it wasn’t ‘presented’ for collection when our bins were in the collection point they’ve always been in. (We are a building of multiple flats - and over 5 dwellings including the ground floor.)

@LBofBromley@LBofBromley this is completely separate to the appalling issue and fact that despite being a wholly residential domain for decades the people who live in these flats are only provided with bi-weekly waste collection. (NO RECYCLING) ♻️

@LBofBromley Our collection point is in our courtyard at the back of the building. Our collection is repeatedly missed - and out of desperation we have put them on the pavement where they are very obstructive and still most often not collected.
Good to see the Tory party taking such an interest in Diane Abbott. Maybe they should hand back the £10m from the donor who said she "made him want to hate all black women" and that he wanted to shoot her?
Those countries have very strong welfare states. There's a clear sense of reciprocity in return for this support.
You can't reduce the welfare safety net to a few bits of string and then demand service from the young.
This is a big story. DfE refused to go above 4.5% and refused to keep negotiating, assuming the pay review body would back them but it hasn't. Huge headache for them.
They make exams and tests
harder
to make sure
that fewer children do well.
When the results come out
the papers will say that
standards are going down,
which is teachers' fault
and children are becoming stupid.
In an election year
the govt can say
they'll make it all better.
Government rhetoric of ‘funded’ - if for many ‘individual schools’, it would work out as unfunded - is simply lying isn’t it then?! It is neither funded or unfunded. Disagree that anything can be described as ‘funded on average’ !
A massive 👏🏼 to all the incredible musicians at the coronation, proving that the U.K. is still REALLY good at something. And yet we’re stuck with a government and arts council who are seemingly hell bent on decimating it.
