Society think that landlords should have all the stress and expense of renting out their houses and not be entitled to make a profit for their own livelihood. We rent houses - it’s our income. We can’t afford to be in debt every month as rent doesn’t cover costs

@lizslayed If they have a mortgage then they may have no option of their rate is increased. Landlords also have their own bills to pay so of course they need profit - they don’t do it to be in debt every month . As sorry for I am for tenants that struggle to pay, they have to live too
