Roma non smette mai di stupire.
Sotto i nostri passi, ogni giorno, vive una storia millenaria che continua a emozionare il mondo.

Durante gli scavi di via Alessandrina - avviati dalla Sovrintendenza Capitolina lo scorso novembre grazie ai fondi del Pnrr - è riemersa una testa marmorea di grandi dimensioni: un volto maschile, con folta capigliatura ed espressione intensa, che per secoli è rimasto custodito dal tempo sotto la piazza del Foro di Traiano.

Una scoperta affascinante, che arriva dal cuore della Roma imperiale, in un’area dove un tempo sorgeva l’imponente Porticus Trisigmentata, con colonne monolitiche alte quasi 12 metri.
È riemersa da uno strato medievale, ricco di materiali antichi, come un frammento di memoria che riaffiora per raccontarci ancora qualcosa.

Gli archeologi stanno lavorando per svelarne l’identità, ma una cosa è certa: Roma continua a regalarci emozioni uniche, che ci legano al passato e ci proiettano nel futuro con ancora più orgoglio.
