Regardless of my follow-ups, issue is not fixed.

@ACTFibernet Hi, i can understand you are working on. But please answer these questions : 1) who activated the disconnected account ? 2) Because of this activation , - Rs. 655 balance is erased. This was ACT’s due to me. Can you explain .

@ACTFibernet No. You misunderstood the request. Team is supposed to install new dedicated router and GX line. That is not happening. How activation will solve that issue ? This is the reason why you need to call and understand . Please call my mobile.

@ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet , As per the above screenshot, you can see expected resolution time is 15 Jul. Today is 17 Jul. still the issue is not resolved. Someone spoke with me on Monday and then no progress.. I couldn’t contact customer care as call is auto closed. Please fix ASAP

Fan was delivered on Friday by Amazon.

Installation is still pending despite multiple follow-ups with customer care.

I have already emailed and escalated the issue. ( attached below)

Kindly help arrange installation within tomorrow.
