Two Tooro Kingdom princes have rejected their father’s endorsement of Edward Rukidi Kijanangoma as heir to the throne following the death of King Oyo.

Princes Patrick Mpuuga and Solomon Nyaika said their father, Omusuuga Charles Kamurasi, head of the Babiito royal clan, had been misled by what they described as self-seeking elders.
