@TheVenueBars it just the preferred route, where does it say they going to use that route and CPO the land identified? this is what the consultation is for, raise concerns like this and for alternatives to be explored. This is why projects take so long. Cannot just CPO and knock.

@OlaLN Why not pipe the guinness directly to every pub, that would get rid of more trucks, if you are putting a pipe to the port you could have spurs from the main pipe to each pub.

Pleasants St polling station, pretty sure there is an exclusion zone around them to stop this happening, someone came out and told him he could not park there. @DaraHogan you might know the rules on this? @mannixflynn

@alxwlsdn @mu_lynch Poolbeg started construction in 1965, so I expect the planning consent did not have an end date. Would not have to demolish it, at the end of planning permission if you wanted to keep it you would have to reapply.

@MarkForan there are limits to the number of trams that can run, the metro plan was to have longer trains. I don't think the green line needs to be demolished, just upgraded.Agree with more lines to UCD etc.

the plan is that the green luas line from charlemont will be upgraded to metro to allow for future growth

@davidmcw It shouldn’t go anywhere south of St Stephens Green …. You can transfer to a perfectly good Luas Green line to Sandyford ….money saved goes to green line spur extension to UCD ….. The original Metro line went to Sandyford … Crazy stuff……

Cycling back to office this morning & passed this in #Portobello. I warned DCC before Xmas about parking on the plaza & here we are. A direct result of their failure to progress the redevelopment on time & to put an interim scheme in place. Sometimes this job breaks your heart.
