Recently my two @teamyoutube channels were terminated by youtube for supposedly Violating their "Nudity and Sexual Content Policy” and "Circumvention policy" because one of my channels was a safe for work ASMR Channel. I did not engage in sexual ASMR such as ear licking. This was a purely SFW account and it got itself + my main account banned. The channel was entirely a thank you to my community, focusing on affirmations and expressing my gratitude.

YouTube seems to have a bias toward VTuber ASMR channels, as I've seen many others falsely removed as well. This hurts tremendously. I was working on a new lore video series, and my first ever video for it as i was banned, to say it was a gut punch is an understatement.

I had recently lost several editors due to their life circumstances and put all my time and attention into running the channel by myself until they could return, barely sleeping and mustering a push to get monetized before the new rules set in, having it all taken away as im taking the final step is crippling to my current situation.

My last 2 months have been hellish and this was one of the few things keeping me actively fighting and going, feeling this support pillar be removed without a strike, warning or dialogue hurt. My roommate that I act as a nurse for recently was found to have a 1lbs+ tumour, my cat was diagnosed with a rare variant of FIP effecting his brain to the point where he needs daily injections just to not suffocate on air, my wrist was slashed open twice by him during these injections i have to administrate myself, and i was faced with a 30.000euro bail out a family friend needed in a life critical emergency

To have my appeal denied within a couple of hours, makes me think youtube may simply just have used an AI to ban me and to review my case, as I simply cannot see a human denying my appeal or banning my channel. I just need to get in contact with 1 human to fully review my case or atleast tell me what it is i can do to get out of this situation

I cannot sustain myself via only streaming in the longterm as much as I want that, i need a place in which i can create content at my own tempo so when life beats me down like this i can just rest. Given the current circumstances and how every week has a new life threatening crisis I am genuinely worried about the longterm for my content creation career, while im not in imminent danger if life keeps effecting me this way and my only means of making money is long live hours I fear it may become unsustainable

I REALLY do not like to engage in this public "drama" or whatever this is, but we know that this is the only way that YouTube ever really looks into anything for real. It's the only way to MAYBE see results. I genuinely have faith in @teamyoutube to help with this situation, and hope it is not missplaced

Im sorry for trauma dumping and begging for help so publicly, ive kept so much of all of this to myself and or close circle for the last 2 months not wanting to just trauma dump on the internet, but with one of my final mental support pillars, a passion, and something that could let me rest gone I feel helpless enough to ask for help from anyone who can, i genuinely am lost

Im already in such deep debt to you guys for all the wonder youve brought me, I would have never been able to survive the last 2 months and I know for a fact I would not have, i owe you guys more than I can ever repay in a life time, asking for help feels awful but im genuinely so lost
