@DocDoLi @DrEilidhMaria AA are different to PA. It would no difference to me in a list by list basis as trainees and AA both facilitate me getting a cup of tea. I think most of us would prefer trainees as we like training people in theatre and watching them develop over years

For most people it seems to be just about overall fitness and what your mind will let you do as everyone’s body gives up after a few hours. Just really long brisk hikes with lots of eating
