🔥 STOP SCROLLING. Before you read anything else... pray this with your whole heart. 🙏
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with humility, knowing that You are the Creator of heaven and earth, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. Thank You for waking me up today, for the breath in my lungs, and for Your mercy that is new every morning.
Lord Jesus, forgive me for every sin I have committed—whether in my thoughts, words, or actions. Wash me clean by Your precious blood. Remove every burden, every fear, every anxiety, and every chain that keeps me away from You. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me.
Father, strengthen my faith when I am weak. Give me peace when my heart is troubled. Give me wisdom when I don't know what to do. Help me trust Your timing, even when I cannot see the way ahead. Remind me that You are always working for the good of those who love You.
Lord, protect my family, my friends, and everyone reading this prayer. Cover us with Your mighty hand. Keep us safe from every danger, every sickness, every accident, and every attack of the enemy. Let Your angels surround us wherever we go.
Open doors that no one can shut. Provide for every need. Heal every broken heart, every sick body, and every wounded soul. Restore hope to those who feel hopeless. Bring comfort to those who are grieving. Let Your light shine into every dark place of our lives.
Holy Spirit, fill us with Your power. Help us to love others, forgive those who hurt us, and live in a way that brings glory to Jesus Christ. May our words, actions, and lives point others to You.
Lord, I surrender my dreams, my plans, my future, and my worries into Your hands. Your will is better than mine. Lead me on the path You have prepared for me, and never let me walk away from Your presence.
I declare that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I believe that You died for my sins, rose again on the third day, and are coming again in glory. Until that day, help me remain faithful.
Thank You for hearing this prayer. I trust You, I love You, and I praise You.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen. ✝️🙏
The Bobi Highway Tragedy is not an accident. It is another price paid for the Museveni government’s 4 decades of neglect on road safety. Until we audit the funds, fix the roads & hold duty-bearers accountable, Ugandans will continue to die on roads that were meant to serve them.
The State prosecutors argued, and the Chief Magistrate Basemera Sarah Anne agreed, that Luzira prison was fit for him. The State’s own hospital disagrees.
On the Court’s own order, Mulago National Referral Hospital examined @EriasLukwago_ on 25 June 2026. A team of five specialists. A comprehensive report to the Chief Magistrate.
Their verdict? Hon. Erias Lukwago suffers residual nerve damage from spinal surgery, with further disc disease. A post-COVID lung condition that needs a well-ventilated environment. Irreversible ENT conditions requiring ongoing specialist care. Reflux disease and a hiatus hernia to be managed by diet and prescribed medicine.
The Mulago National Referral Hospital specialists recommend that Hon. Erias Lukwago must be reviewed by his spinal surgeons — in India. Uganda could not even repeat his MRI scan; his implant may not be compatible with the machines available here.
Mulago National Referral Hospital says he needs specialist review abroad. A prison cell cannot give him that. A remand ward would deny him the appropriate medical treatment he urgently needs.
Hon. Erias Lukwago has been charged, not convicted, of any offense. The law presumes him innocent. The law entitles him to ask for bail. He has a right to health, life and dignity. It is the duty of the Court to protect these fundamental human rights and freedoms.
A man whom our finest doctors say needs care beyond our borders is being held in a place that cannot provide even an MRI. This is inhumane, absurd and outrageous.
This is about a human life, a medical fact, and a simple question of conscience. Now is the time for everyone to act fast to save the life of Hon. Erias Lukwago.

“The team(medical), they are advising me to keep in a well-ventilated place. Yet you know the conditions of the prisons. The prisons are not well ventilated. So in a nutshell your worship. I am sentenced to death…..
For someone to see a person in Lukwago’s shape, explaining such sicknesses on camera and pleading for treatment, and still not be touched or moved to respond like a normal human being … Not only Lukwago, but many others. Mothers, wives, children, husbands crying for their loved ones… It is clear that some of the people in relevant positions of authority could actually be suffering mental health issues. The problem seems bigger, and can’t be solved by pleading to them.
We are dealing with people with apparent Sadistic Personality Disorder (SPD), to whom no appeal to empathy can work. When you cry or mourn, you are increasing their joy. The bigger danger is that no one is safe from a person with such a disorder. They’ll always create a reason to harm someone in order to get some satisfaction. It can be anyone else tomorrow. There is actually a lot of literature to show that many dictators in history were suffering from mental disorders, and society had to pay.
An ailing Lukwago who presented medical reports from Mulago saying he requires advanced treatment, preferably from India where he got surgery, has been further reminded until 16th July!!
“Your Worship, instead of taking me through all this pain, I be put on some palliative care so that I die a less painful death…💔Otherwise the pain is too much”
~Elias Lukwago
This morning at Luzira Murchison Bay prison, we checked on Hon. Erias Lukwago. Delivered to him our message of solidarity and support as he goes through these very hard times.
Truthfully, even by looking at him and listening to the agonising pain he is in, he has no business being in prison unless the regime's intention is to kill him. He urgently needs to access advanced medical attention. This is the most deserving case for the judiciary to live to their oath and temper justice with mercy.
Museveni’s son said he is very proud of the pain and hurt he is inflicting on former Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago. He must be very proud of himself, seeing this video. But as the saying goes, no one is tall enough to see the future. One day, the tables will turn and all these atrocities will be accounted for, one by one.
Since 21st April when he was abducted by armed men from Kamwokya, artiste and @NUP_Ug supporter, King Zale's whereabouts remain unknown. Despite every effort to locate him! Sadly, last week the High Court closed his Habeas Corpus file, after the police and military filed returns saying he's not in their custody. (Just like in the case of our Kenyan brothers where a judge said he couldn't squeeze blood from a stone, only for the state to release and deport the said persons a few days later!) Zale was taken away in the presence of many witnesses! He left behind a mother, wife and children who are seeking answers. The least the regime can do in produce him before court if he has any case to answer.

I feel that rather than celebrating the fall of AAA, Obore et al, we should be calling for the ouster of the people in the institutions that received this information from activists such as FIA, CID, IGG and did nothing.
That is the first step to building institutional resilience.
You came to Milwaukee 13 years ago as a kid from Sepolia with an impossible dream. Over the past 13 years we have witnessed you grow into one of the greatest players the game has ever seen, the greatest Buck of all time, and the driving force behind an era of Bucks basketball that will be remembered forever.
From the moment you arrived, you embraced Milwaukee as your home. You embraced the team, the community, and everyone who believed in you. Your connection with Bucks fans transcended basketball. You didn’t just play basketball in Milwaukee, you became the heart and soul of this city. You touched lives throughout our community and inspired people across the world. You believed in this city and its fans when the rest of the world doubted.
After 50 years, you delivered a championship to Milwaukee. A dream come true for generations of Bucks fans who never stopped believing. You gave Milwaukee hope. You taught us that loyalty still matters. That hard work can overcome impossible odds, and that a small-market city could still be on top all because you refused to stop believing. For one night, Milwaukee wasn’t just watching history, we were living it together.
Your legacy in Milwaukee is secured and will always be felt here. In the rafters, throughout the community, in the countless people you inspired, and the way you made an entire city believe that anything was possible.
Thank you for believing in Milwaukee and giving everything you had to this city day in and day out. You transformed the Bucks in every way, and left your mark on this organization for generations to come. You’ll always be family. You’ll always be Milwaukee’s champion. Forever a part of this city. Forever a Buck. Thank you for everything, Giannis.
It’s now 8 days since NTV Uganda was taken off the air by armed men. Today, I went back and watched some of the clips they captured before the shutdown. One thing is clear: NTV is the real deal. Their journalism spoke for itself.
