Today is World Suicide Prevention Day.
With that in mind, I wanted to remind you of this video produced by Norwich City; it remains one of the most profound things I've ever seen produced on the subject.
On this day in 1991, the late Trevor Francis (aged 37) brought himself off the bench at Hillsborough to score a last minute winner against Nottingham Forest.
Ah, the 90s - peak of the player/manager.
What days they were.
Seeing as it’s four years to the day since Nottingham Forest won promotion to the Premier League, it’s only right we take a trip down memory lane.
Here is a recap of some of the best moments from the promotion-winning campaign of 2021/22…

There’s an isolated thunderstorm that’s formed north of Milton Keynes.
As there’s clear blue sky around it in all directions, it should be visible from 50-100 miles away.
Share a pic if you can see it!

@danbardell@maxrushden This is what football is all about…connection to other people.
Im a Forest fan and if we had made it I think I’d have stayed at home with my mum and my kids so we can all be together albeit i understand the pull of being able to be in the stadium
Sorry but that is world class from the referee there.
Got it wrong first time. Then got told he was wrong. Then made to watch video evidence of why he was wrong. Advised to tell everyone what he got wrong…
Still stood by his decision. Insanely ignorant. Get him in WWE.

England’s group games are at 9pm, 9pm and 10pm
If we win the group, the potential schedule is:
L32 at 5pm
L16 at 1am
QF at 10pm
If we finish 2nd in the group, it’s:
L32 at midnight
L16 at 8pm
QF at 8pm
If we’re one of the 8 best 3rd place teams, it’s:
L32 at 2.30am
L16 at 9pm
QF at 2am
The SFs and final all kick off at 8pm
Don't want to overstate this but 20-minute highlights of every Premier League game in history, free and on demand, means that this should be a national holiday.
