Always remember it's ok to talk about how you feel, and it's ok to be angry and its ok to feel hurt. By not talking about how you feel, it holds us back from healing. It holds you back from gaining any form of closure. Remember, it's ok to be human.

It's also ok to celebrate your wins, and it's ok to be happy. There's two sides to this, and I feel as though both are shamed way too often for numerous reasons.

Learn to celebrate one another, but also have empathy for those who need it. You never know what someone is going through or thinking. 💜
