Nigeria as a country maintains her unity with the suppression and marginalization of the #Igbo.

When you say this other tribes that are guilty of the marginalization of the Igbo will accuse the Igbo of having a victim mentality.

How do you marginalize a people and turn around to call it victim mentality? Who does that?

After the civil war in 1970, it became an unwritten rule in Nigeria that no Igbo should be seen in the corridor of power. Not even heading institutions like the military, police, anti-graft agencies and others.

Under Mohammadu Buhari, a railway was constructed in Nigeria even to the Niger Republic, but the entire South East inhabiting the Igbo was left out. He will come back to remove the old rail iron constructed years ago and sell it to a Chinese company.

The Igbo have gained nothing in being in Nigeria.

After the 2023 election, many ndi Igbo who thought they still belonged to Nigeria got the shock of their lives. Right before them, Peter Obi an Igbo presidential candidate was rigged out in favour of Tinubu.

The way things are going, it seems the judiciary will uphold the rigged result.

This is how much the Igbo have been marginalized.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, an IPOB leader and also an Igbo man has been in detention even after the law said he should be freed. They are holding him because he is an Igbo man.

How can people look at such injustice and say you are claiming victim?

Dearest Ndi Igbo,

Nigeria has nothing other than death to offer you. You must exit Nigeria. This is your right. A call for a referendum is a righteous call. Never allow the voice of your oppressors to overshadow yours.
