@airindiain I paid 30,000 INR extra for my seat selection. After I tried doing the web check-in, my seat selection is gone and random seats are assigned. Please look into the issue.

1. Upon clicking the ‘Book Now’ button, the page just refreshes and it does take us to the booking screen.
2. Chat Agents are offline.
3. The provided customer support number does not connect.
