The lunatic left that took over Twitter was Wormtongue to the World.
Firing @Jack was the final straw. He was the last bulwark.
Now Bret Taylor is chair of @OpenAI …
On Monday, the 20th million Bitcoin will be mined. After that, the last million will take 114 years! No one understands how bullish this is—we’ve never seen anything like it before. Imagine how much demand will increase in the coming years while supply stays stable.
The Bitcoin halving is structurally simple, but economically powerful.
Every 210,000 blocks, roughly every four years, the block reward for miners is cut in half. In 2009 miners received 50 BTC per block. Then 25. Then 12.5. Then 6.25. Since the 2024 halving, the reward is 3.125 BTC.
This means fewer new coins enter circulation over time. Bitcoin’s supply is capped at 21 million, and its issuance schedule is fixed in code. No central bank. No policy shifts. Just math.
Each halving reduces the flow of new supply. If demand holds or grows while issuance falls, scarcity increases structurally. That does not guarantee instant upside, but it changes long-term supply dynamics.
50 BTC in 2009 was irrelevant. Today it is significant capital. The protocol did not change. Adoption and perception did.
No one is too late for Bitcoin. The only people who miss it are those who never step onto the field.

Imagine being one of the analysts that keeps saying China will collapse soon.
Then the U.S. Treasury Secretary comes out saying hopefully the IMF and G7 can help deal with China’s $1 trillion trade surplus, after a year of saying tariffs would crush them.
Bitcoin FELL $10K yesterday
Today it's UP $10K
This is what I mean by "every price will eventually be a rounding error
It took Bitcoin 8 years to go from 0 to $10K
Now it can move $10K MULTIPLE DAYS IN A ROW
At some point, it will move $70K in a day, from $930K to $1M
#Bitcoin: $1 → $32 → $2 → $100,000 → $77,000
I was there for all of it.
You know what changed? Nothing.
Same FUD. Same panic. Same people selling the bottom.
See you at $500k.
People often underestimate how good the technology of a human body is.
-A supercomputer that runs on less power than a lightbulb.
-Housed within a mobile, mostly self-healing chassis.
This week reinforced a simple truth: the world needs universities that act. From innovation and brain health to resilient cities and emerging technologies, Rice's work continues. We focus on translating research into impact and partnerships that matter.
"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."
— Henry Ford
Bitcoin is the revolution 🟧
@halfin Hopefully this account is not one of the dormant accounts that gets cleansed from Twitter.
It would be good to have a project to keep a few hundred accounts around if they have a significant level of historical relevance.
