Revel Portal roll out is a disaster. Basic reporting, like credit card fees no where to be found and no one to answer questions. Unbelievable

An unbelievable approach to customer service @askparamount . There is NO option to speak to someone.. and I continue to have unauthorized charges on my account. They make it easy for anyone to sign up and impossible to shut it down. Sounds like a scam, not a network. Stay away

@askparamount I continue to receive fraudulent charges despite contacting your service desk AND replacing my credit card. You clearly do not have appropriate authentication in place for new account creation! Please fix this ASAP.
