A very very dear friend of mine has passed on. His name was Dr. Ralph Scallion & he not only had multiple medical degrees, he specialized in Cardiology & had engineering degree from MIT. He has been close to my family for over 15 years. You will be greatly missed Dr. Scallion
@WootenRusty Yeah Rusty - it broke my heart when he passed. It was fairly quick tho- thatโs about all one can hope for. He was smart as a whip. Not many people knew he also had an Engineering Degree from MIT! More importantly he had empathy for the people he saw. I hope you are well
@freakoutfights Hate to blow everyoneโs bubble but that is a edited video. I wish I knew where original is - fight turned out quite differently then shown here
@trekei No that simply isnโt in the cards. I have gotten adjusted to the new normal. All is well on my end. My baby - my youngest son is graduating from local college & headed to NC state next month. Im proud but my husband and I will have to adjust! How are things on your end?
@hartramsey@DerronEShort I agree absolutely. I dont think people realize the magnitude of the impact on the caregiver- both mentally & physically. I would not do this if I was your wife.
@Sheandr1a Im sorry your bf passed. Having said that my husband just got a heart transplant. He is on a FUCKING RESPIRATOR from catching โimaginary COVIDโ in the ICU
@theworldofdog When my kid was in school our dog & 4 of the neighbors dogs sat with her at bus stop every am. They were all there waiting for her when she was dropped off. This happened EVERY day.
@walttgato@BornAKang Not anymore. Moved away years ago. Now I look out my window and see the house across the street. I sure do miss that view though. It was simply beautiful. I dont miss the economy there though. Now I am within a hour to ocean and about 2 hours to mountains.
@trekei I cant stand that. It also happens with insurance a lot. They deny and then I appeal and win. I guess they are just hoping average person wont push back. Glad you did!!
Today I have been thinking about my Uncle Bubba-itโs the anniversary of his passing. He played a mean game of Canasta, always had a smile on his face & he hid treasures (coins) for us kids to find. He was a Veteran & I greatly miss him Hope he is playing Canasta w/Mom now! ๐๐
