🇺🇸FEDERAL COURT DECIDES MAKING MOONSHINE IS NOW LEGAL

For 158 years, home distilling was against the law.

A U.S. appeals court in New Orleans struck down the prohibition as “unconstitutional”, siding with the 13,000-member Hobby Distillers Association.

Previously, lawbreakers could face a $10,000 fine and up to 5 years in prison.

Enthusiasts can now enjoy homemade liquor without fear of jail time.
