@AnetaHorvathov1 @parcelforce They've lost a customer for sure. I only got stuck with them b/c the box was over the weight that the UK post can take it. I sent a box by regular post to Poland the same day and it arrived 4 days later (!!). Next time I'll divide the heavy box into 2 and trust Royal Mail.

@parcelforce Something is clearly very wrong with the UK Parcelforce: seems that NOBODY'S tracking info has been updated since the 9th regardless of final destination. Are all of our parcels just sitting there in mountains of boxes?
