BREAKING:
The EU is taking four of its own members to court.
Ireland. Spain. France. The Netherlands.
For refusing to adopt the EU's cybersecurity directive.
Financial penalties on the table.
Four sovereign nations decided the law wasn't right for them.
The EU's response wasn't negotiation.
It was litigation.
This is the pattern that keeps repeating.
Poland vetoes censorship laws. Pressure follows.
Countries resist MiCA timelines. Penalties threatened.
Now four nations refuse a cybersecurity directive. Court proceedings launched.
The EU doesn't ask twice.
It sues.
The same bloc telling the world it values democracy.
Is punishing member states for exercising it.
Nope. Throughout history boys could not only sit still and learn, they claimed they were vastly superior at doing so and barred women from education.
The current claim of “schools not being built for boys” only started once girls started running circles around them.
The system was literally built just for them.

Hunderte Millionen ohne ordentliche Vergabe an McKinsey & Co. Untersuchungsausschuss: Schwere Verstöße. Ihre Diensthandys? Daten gelöscht. „Nicht meine Schuld“, sagte sie.
Als Kommissionspräsidentin: #Pfizergate. Persönliche SMS mit Pfizer-CEO über 35 Milliarden Euro Impfstoffe. Die Nachrichten? „Verschwunden“. EuG-Urteil Mai
2025: Die Kommission hat gegen Transparenzregeln verstoßen. Die NYT gewann.
Immer dasselbe Muster: Dokumente fehlen, Verantwortung liegt „darunter“. Und die Karriere geht weiter ohne Konsequenzen.
I think if authors are too poor to survive piracy and readers are too poor not to pirate then we need to have a really serious conversation about where all that money is and why it isn't circulating properly.
Today we released a documentary about Srebrenica. YouTube for some reason put a note about the holocaust on it and shadow banned it. I guess our genocides don’t count. Please watch and share the video to help us overcome the shadow ban.
This man murdered Chloe Devey Waterhouse by stabbing her. Headline glorifies him as a maths graduate while reducing her to the ‘sweetheart’ of a violent man who didn’t love her. Chloe held a first-class maths degree and a Master’s in statistics.
Growing up hearing “Wikipedia isn't a valid source” and then entering a workplace where people say “just ask ChatGPT” is a surprisingly strange timeline
Studios should not be allowed to buy a movie review app. It’s a huge conflict of interest that will prey on the general public’s desires for superficial recognition as studios tend to reward positive pr seen with influencers.
‼️FOR PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH‼️:
In Short, Places in Mexico (and other Latin American countries) are having their water privatized by Israel—presumably for AI data centers—which terribly affects the citizens of Mexico (and other Latin Americans)

I don’t know who needs to hear this but if the government has the power to freeze your personal financial accounts simply because you express a political opinion that they do not like, then you are neither free nor living in a democracy.
This is what Meta is betting on with those AI spywear glasses, and is why businesses and venues need to start banning people wearing this tech from entering their premises to re ord people without notice and consent.
A British surgeon tells the BBC what he saw in Gaza.
"I can remember one child for example who was 7, Amir... He heard a drone above him, turned round, and then it fired on him. And we had many many reports like that from children and adults."
USA 🇺🇸 BIG TECH is behind all of EUROPES MASS SURVEILLANCE Lobbying …..🚨🚨
Goal: Mass scanning of all private communications, destruction of end-to-end encryption, mandatory age verification/Digital ID.⚠️⚠️
Let me start off telling you what big tech wants 🚨 This is a national security infrastructure project, executed through Big Tech, legislated by the EU, and designed in Washington.🚨🚨
1) US Big Tech companies wrote the legislative text, paid €151 million per year to push it, aligned with European far-right parties to secure parliamentary support, and the Commission delivered their lobby demands as proposed law. European companies are not the beneficiaries. US companies are. And the surveillance infrastructure being built routes European citizen data through US-controlled systems. 🚨🚨
2) By weakening GDPR and the AI Act, large companies remove the rules that constrain their power. Small European companies cannot afford the legal teams to navigate a deregulated environment. The big companies get bigger. The small ones die.⚠️
The US wants to maintain access to European data. The US wants to prevent Europe from building its own digital infrastructure. If Europe builds its own AI and its own privacy systems, US companies lose access to 450 million European users and their data.
The end goal is a permanent legal infrastructure that monitors all digital communications, tied to your government ID, with data flowing through US systems. Once built, it cannot be reversed. Every message you send will be tied to your identity and scanned by an algorithm
The end state is a system where US AI INFRASTRUCTURE 🚨👀 has :
• Every digital communication in Europe is scanned
• US has access to European data
• Preventing the EU from building a competing digital sovereignty framework
• Ensuring US AI companies have unrestricted access to European data for model training
• Every user is identified through age verification / Digital ID
• All scanning metadata flows through US infrastructure
• US intelligence has
comprehensive access to European communication patterns
• The EU has no legal mechanism to prevent this because it legislated the system into existence
• Privacy-focused alternatives are outlawed or regulated out of existence
——
Whats even more shocking The surveillance technology vendors: are Thorn (founded by Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore) 👀👀🚨sells PhotoDNA scanning technology. Microsoft developed PhotoDNA. These are US-based entities.🚨
The US has been pushing for backdoors in encryption for decades. The EU Chat Control would create a precedential legal framework that the US can then point to as justification for similar measures domestically.⚠️⚠️
And the people who pushed the surveillance are called The EU Council of Ministers (member state governments): 23 out of 27 member states support mandatory Chat Control. Why? Because national intelligence agencies want access to communication data. They can't get it through their own domestic laws in many cases, so they use the EU framework to circumvent national privacy protections.🚨🚨

US tech companies spent 151 million euros every year lobbying in Europe. According from the EU's own lobby register.🚨
Just 10 companies account for 32 million of that. Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Intel, IBM, Qualcomm, Vodafone, and Huawei.🚨

BIG TECH WROTE THE EU SURVEILLANCE LAWS ⚠️⚠️
If you look at what tech companies asked for in their lobby documents against what the EU Commission actually wrote into law. The words match almost exactly. Almost word for word.⚠️🚨🚨
A group called DigitalEurope (whose members are Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and Apple) sent a document to the EU saying: "Clarify that pseudonymised data is not personal data when recipients cannot reasonably re-identify individuals."⚠️🚨🚨🚨
