The most damning part is this: out of the 168 acres bought after he became CM, 111 acres are reportedly located along roads announced by CM Mohan Yadav himself.

For decades, foreign-funded NGOs accused of operating conversion networks allegedly hid behind labels such as "religious education," "faith preservation," and "social service." Now, the Government of India has moved to shut those loopholes with sweeping changes to the FCRA framework.

The revised rules explicitly exclude proselytisation (religious conversion efforts) from several religious activity categories, making it far more difficult for organisations to use foreign donations for conversion-related activities while claiming charitable or educational objectives.
