Capitec Bank Funeral is a scam, they must stop that nonsense if they will keep scamming people

@CapitecBankSA what is wrong with your funeral cover? My mother has been paying this cover for years now for my uncle, she just told me just now that the cover has lapsed, despite that Capitec debits her account each and every month.

I am told Capitec can only start the funeral cover from scratch, and that when she agreed to do that they said her age doesn’t allow her because she is 68 yrs.

What nonsense is this? Why a funeral cover of elderly people are lapsing despite debit orders going off their accounts?

I am not going to accept this, you need to fix it ASAP @CapitecBankSA ?

I’ll never understand sometimes the level of hate and disrespect I get here. I just live my life, and how that upset so many people I’ve realised is not my concern to understand.

But if lying and dragging my name makes you happy, I’m glad I brought that short lived happiness. I hope you guys never experience what you’ve put me through. Without God I wouldn’t have survived that and still continued rising. I’m truly living proof that only God can destroy what and who he’s built.
