In the 8-minute speech, #SheikhHasina looked stressed. Her tone was down.
But still, she managed to speak like the Chairperson of BAL rather than the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
Hasina highlighted the death of her activists but not Abu Saeed and others.
The evidences are out there which suggests, Chhatra League was responsible for the violence. But her intention was to blame others. Surely, Wasim Akram's name would never be mentioned.
She and her ministers barked of the reinstallation of quota but at the same time, Hasina showing us the verdict of court.
This is a complex game and a trap which one should be aware.
Then, indirectly, Hasina threatened the parents in a soft voice.
The fascist in Hasina just can't resist.
Quota system must go except for the physically disabled persons.
This reformation is needed in every sector.

Just because Gaza is increasingly out of the headlines, please don’t underestimate the scale of civilian deaths and casualties inflicted every day by Israeli forces. Reported without favour or bias by the remarkable men and women of @MSF
Saddam Hussain and Sheikh Wali Asif Enan, the president and general secretary of Chhatra League, the henchmen of Sheikh Hasina, are the chief architects of the vicious attack we witnessed today against the peaceful anti-quota protesters.
Around 1 pm, Saddam told the media that the anti-quota protesters had crossed a red line and that he would deal with them politically.
Right after this, Chhatra League thugs, who were ready to carry out the massacre on his orders, pounced on the unarmed, non-violent students. The two men oversaw the carnage.
Today, Saddam and Enan became General Tikka Khan and Yahya Khan, the architects of the 1971 Bangladesh genocide.
Remember these two savages Saddam and Enan — they will go down in history as heinous barbarians. I hope the @usembassydhaka@StateDRL , @UKinBangladesh@FCDOGovUK , @CanHCBangladesh , @EUinBangladesh@Europarl_EN and @AusHCBangladesh designate Chhatra League as a terrorist organisation — and impose tough sanctions against Saddam and Enan.
Enough waiting.
Not one cent of Canadian tax dollars should be funding genocide.
Canada must investigate and shut down all organizations responsible.
The Liberals must take a stand for peace, security, and justice in Palestine/Israel.
I am shocked and saddened by the nationwide incidents that killed at least six students and injured thousands by gunfire and sharp weapons wielded by the terrorists of the Awami League and law enforcement agencies. Students from various educational institutions across the country are protesting for the reform of the 56% quota system in Bangladesh's employment sector, demanding fair and equal opportunities based on meritocracy.
The barbaric Sheikh Hasina regime, illegally seizing state power through sham elections, has once again proven that there is no space for innocent students to express their legitimate demands, let alone for opposition political opinions.
I pray for the peace of the souls of those who were killed, for the quick recovery of the injured, and beg Allah to grant the families of the victims the strength to endure this grief and pain. I call upon everyone, regardless of party affiliation, to unite against the atrocities of this illegal government.
This is how the Bangladesh Police shot and killed student protestor Abu Saeed in the Rangpur district of Bangladesh. Saeed was one of the convenors of the anti-quota system. The police literally shot the unarmed young man at point-blank range.
Students in Bangladesh demanding reforms to the job quota system amid rising unemployment say they have come under attack from the government and its allies.
We look at why the job quota system is facing opposition https://t.co/JrzdVm4AnT
Today as the world is captivated by the Copa America and Euro finals, our hearts are with the Palestinian people, who just 4 days ago were bombed while playing soccer
Their dreams and laughters shattered amidst the roar of global soccer. We must not ignore their suffering
An exclusive investigation from @CNN’s @katie_polglase reveals that former commanders of a controversial Israeli military unit - accused of heinous human rights violations against Palestinians - are now serving in senior positions in the IDF.
