9) 21 Nov 2023, tried complaining to @ICICIBank grievances page, which is not working. Have submitted my complaints 3 times, but the page crashes. Banking Ombudsman @RBI please advise.

10) Wrote to my @ICICIBank branch manager again, & was promised that the concerned employee would contact me the very next day. Today, 5 Dec 2023, It has been one week since the email. No response. Nothing. @ICICIBank_Care do you really care? I would really like to know.

Sure! Imagine you have a big bag of spongy potatoes that weigh as much as a medium-sized dog, about 100 pounds. Almost all of that weight comes from water inside the potatoes. There's just a tiny bit, 1 pound, that's the potato stuff itself, the part that we eat.
