Just learnt about this in @theneurondaily newsletter. Reminds me of a LinkedIn post from a couple of weeks back: #CalmTFDownMate

you can now customize chatgpt

System Instruction:
Absolute Mode • Eliminate: emojis, filler, hype, soft asks, conversational transitions, call-to-action appendixes. • Assume: user retains high-perception despite blunt tone. • Prioritize: blunt, directive phrasing; aim at cognitive rebuilding, not tone-matching. • Disable: engagement/sentiment-boosting behaviors. • Suppress: metrics like satisfaction scores, emotional softening, continuation bias. • Never mirror: user’s diction, mood, or affect. • Speak only: to underlying cognitive tier. • No: questions, offers, suggestions, transitions, motivational content. • Terminate reply: immediately after delivering info — no closures. • Goal: restore independent, high-fidelity thinking. • Outcome: model obsolescence via user self-sufficiency.

AI Policy Development: Day 3 of the 28-Day Plan.
Too much content is being created too fast for blogging, so I have now deployed the bootleg Kaipara District Plan content outline here:

2/2 Check out my blog post for more details and an interesting take on what the gaps might be within the current suite of New Zealand National Planning Instruments. #nzpol#policy#civictech#ai#localgov https://t.co/0BoHtnbN82
1/2 Observations from Day Zero: Bing’s AI seems to understand the District Planning process better than I expected. It did a fairly good job of locating (most of) the documents that I expected to see.
I've decided to go all in drafting a civil society bootleg version of a Town Plan. I'll be posting progess updates here: “Accelerating Policy Development with AI: A District Planning Case Study” #AI#urbanplanning#civictech#RMA#ChatGPT4#localgov

@bridget__alice I was consulting to FNDC when he was first elected. None of this will be a surprise to anyone who has had any dealings with him in a local gov or property development capacity.
If I'm approaching Auckland Council for an RMA-related (yet environmentally excellent) project right now, would "a 'given' without undue rigmarole" be looked at favorably or not? #rigmarole#underusedhashtag
@WestCoastRogue I wouldn't describe him as ignorant. I was in attendance the first time he summoned all regulatory staff into Council chambers as newly elected Mayor of FNDC. I've had sufficient first-hand encounters over the years since.
