@currys your social media manager is a liar and should be called out! He says nobody is above him despite me asking if he was above or below the executive team! Or the chief executive
@currys I would like to speak to someone regarding lying staff members including the “social media manager” about a failure of curry’s with a curry’s error! Allowing customers to be lied to is not a great painting for the brand! To leave customers crying due to the negligence!
Nurses like to refer to chest auscultation, cannulation etc as advanced skills...but organising a safe discharge home for a frail older person with multiple co-morbidities THATS an advanced skill
Challenge:
1. tomorrow pick a stranded patient.
2. Think about what’s REALLY keeping them in hospital
3. Ask - are they lost or are they trapped?
4. If they’re trapped make personal commitment to help set them free!
5. Feel smug
