@DukeEnergy I’m literally surrounded by communities and retail that have power. “Up the line” in either direction (less than a mile) all have power. Explain that. I won’t be able to work tomorrow, but all the Karens will be able to get their Starbucks.

@DukeEnergy approaching 84 hours w/out power despite no down lines, no flooding & no apparent reason for losing power in the 1st place. Status & outage numbers remain the same, so should I assume nothing was done overnight? Seeing lots of “staged” trucks but none actually working

The City of Winter Springs FL deserves better than the Hayseed company, Duke Energy. I have been through many storms. REAL power companies work 24/7 to restore power. NOT DUKE. Probably because they don’t want to pay overtime and for equipment. So we are in the dark. In the heat.

@DukeEnergy it’s frustrating because we dealt w/the same issue during Irma. It’s sad to know that nothing was learned, or better yet, invested after that storm. Seeing lots of trucks…driving right past us.
