I am writing to express my frustration regarding the handling of my refund for Booking ID 1967535. I continue to receive the same repetitive, responses every time I request an update, with no actual progress being made. I have attached the whole pdf of my emails.

@motorolaindia @Moto_Support @jagograhakjag Yes... It's in warranty just because it have some dents they are denied the repair in warranty.

My motorola razr 60 display flicking it's in warranty and the ghatkopar service centre team rejected the repair due to some dents on body. @motorolaindia @Moto_Support the dents were appeared back 8 months and the issue is coming now. @jagograhakjag

@airtelindia I am facing lots of network issues I have raised so many service requests but no one from @airtelindia is looking into this. They have only called me for retention. I have raised the concern before in X as well. @GoI_MeitY
