We shipped 8 new features to Masset this week. The part I keep thinking about is how many of them started as a customer asking for exactly that.
For a long time I thought being a two-person company was the thing holding us back. Lately it feels like the opposite.
Almost every one of these started as a customer request. That is how we build: you tell us what is harder than it should be, and we ship the fix. The full rundown is here: https://t.co/2f1xuUq1Pj
We shipped 7 new features in one batch yesterday. One theme runs through all of them: the gap between "my team needs content" and "the right person is building it" should be zero, and rolling Masset out to a whole company should take an afternoon.
Here's the batch:
7. Bulk user upload.
For everyone not on Slack: admins can bulk upload users with a templated CSV and a guided report of every success, error, and skipped invite. No guessing whether row 47 made it in.
Day 3 of of releasing one new feature every day for 100 days in a row.
Today's release is that we now integrate with @glean!
Use Masset as the source of truth for all your content (whitepapers, case studies, website pages, etc...) and glean can surface them for you.
New in Masset: Microsoft Teams integration.
Search your content library, share assets to customers, ask Myca for instant answers, run daily Training. All without leaving Teams.
If your team lives in Teams, you've been waiting for this one.
Most marketing teams hand sales a stack of brochures and never hear back.
Nat Norris embeds his marketers inside every sales segment and runs weekly deal-loss reviews with them.
