Got tips this morning that contain incredibly disturbing allegations about some officers in Phoenix's South Mountain Precinct.

After @ABC15 pressed several law enforcement agencies today, Phoenix released this statement.

Maricopa County is set to approve a big settlement in the in-custody death of Akeem Terrell. This is on top of the $800,000 settlement from Phoenix PD for their role.

Almost $5M total.
