@JustEatUK order arrives over a hour after it says on its way . Comes freezing cold so I bin it and ring restaurant and they say put in for a refund and I’m insulted with £7 for a £26 order . #ripoff DM also sent with no reply .

@JustEatUK McDonald’s cancelled my order and received a call and failed verification . I can’t change my email via the account and no refund has been given . Shocking service and I’ve been a customer for many years but alas you’ve had the last penny from me . Order 1394476522

@louforster62 @JustEatUK Shocking customer service and impossible to speak with anyone . Orders previously never arrived yet charged . Orders taken then they let you wait 30 mins before letting you know they can’t deliver so you miss the breakfast deals . List goes on it’s terrible .

@SportsDirect_CS Will do as soon as the wife returns , she went to exchange them in store and was told they couldn’t as were bought online so a waste of time , fuel and car parking charges . Disappointing to say the least .
