4. Not only houses in Hre or Byo generate rental income, a house in chiredzi, chivhu, mutoko, murehwa, Karoi, kariba, Binga, shamva gives you rental income so don't only focus on Harare. Rooms are rented for $80 in Kuwadzana, same in Chivhu. Land is expensive in Hre than chivhu

3. Key lesson , I missed a chance to have a house because of love for cars. Don't repeat this mistake, a property generates income for you in perpetuity , cars consumes capital and need money daily to function. As am typing someone is planning to buy an expensive car.

1. When started working after I completing articles with a Big 4 firm, I earned a decent salary so I decided to stay in Zim. During first 4 years I spent a lot of money buying and exchanging cars. I could have bought stands and build at most 2 houses. Cars are not assets.
