it puts pressure on both the teacher and the student and it is hard to scale that up
@ddmeyer Occasionally I ask "Are you sure?" very neutrally when they are right and when they are wrong
so they can't tell if it's correct
this promotes metacognition and reflection and is a feedback loop that's open

Since 144 adds to 9, the answer must also be divisible by 9. Adding F gets us to 19 but H gets to 18 which adds to 9
