It's undeniably odd at the top. One can win the Candidates or the world title, but, as long as Magnus Carlsen remains active or competent as the best player, the original goal of these contests is eclipsed, leaving the rest to battle for cash, title, records, and patriotic glee.

@ZullieTheWitch Very much doubt there will be an Elden Ring II. There will be a DLC and then FS will move to new projects. A sequel would be compared to the first game and have such unreasonable expectations for its quality that I'm sure they'd prefer ER be a solo IP like Sekiro.

If you are a new director, and I can not stress this enough, DON’T DO TRANSITIONS IN A BLACKOUT! Block transitions. Use them to tell a story. Don’t have your audience sit in silence while furniture gets shuffled around

@CleominaChess Hit 2300 earlier in the year (rapid rating). Then for whatever reason it started to fall. Fell to 2200, 2100 etc. I began working on opening courses again and did a ton of puzzles, that helped stop the slide. Feel mentally strong again, and got back to 2200 (2245 rn)! :)
