@Hermesparcels another day and another missing parcel. How do I get you to update your post code system so my parcels get put on the right van. How hard can this be?
@Hermesparcels @Emily_Beecham Their rubbish. We live in a new build and Hermes keep putting the parcels in the wrong vans so they don’t get delivered. I finally got one parcel but o my because the drive called and agreed to deliver out of her delivery zone. No one from Hermes will help.
I do need a hand yes but unlike the photo you don’t actually have people answering calls. Please contact me about my delivery issues as I now can’t buy from retailers using your service!
