@Videotron la capacité de votre réseau cellulaire était mise à mal aujourd’hui au parc Jean Drapeau pendant @osheaga! Bonne connectivité aux antennes LTE mais le backhaul était clairement saturé! Lenteur extrême ou presque impossible de transférer des données.

@RogersHelps hey! I've been at Osheaga festival since Friday and your network capacity is not able to cope after 8pm when there is 35-40k devices there. It's been like that for the last 2 years too. Why can't you provide more capacity for huge events like this?

@RogersHelps Well that's exactly what I did twice and all they say is: "we haven't found anything, it's probably your device" so maybe they're looking at numbers and graphs and there is something else causing the problem on site which does not show up on pure stats...
